Man, this was fun. I spent over 8 hours refining it, but the basic ork was done roughly in under three hours. My back hurts... 
This started out as a "It's 5 am and I can't sleep" thing, doodling on the tablet, but it started looking really good, so I rolled with it. 5 am turned to 11... This ork KILLED time, I'm telling you.
Done in photoshop 7 with an Intuos 3.
